Rafting tour Vorderrhein Rhine Gorge

Spend an exciting rafting tour through the Rhine Gorge. Maneuver through lively rapids surrounded by impressive, steep limestone walls and high rock towers.

You will be picked up in Ilanz for your tour. After a short walk to the base, you will meet your guide. After you have received all the important information and your equipment, you will head to the embarkation point. There, your guide will introduce you to the most important procedures, safety measures and paddling instructions.

For two hours, you will paddle through the impressive Rhine gorge. White limestone cliffs and green floodplain landscapes make for a unique experience in the heart of the Rhine Gorge. In between, lively rapids await you. Your tour ends with a small aperitif in Reichenau, where your luggage and dry clothes will be waiting for you.

Practical information:

• In case of illness, consult a doctor in advance
• Bring swimming gear, a towel and a small daypack
• Good swimming skills expected, no rafting experience necessary
• Depending on the weather, heat-insulating sports underwear is recommended
• Your car can be parked in Reichenau at the take-out point
• The easiest way to get to Ilanz is by train
