Popular places in Switzerland for Bungee jumping

Bungee jumping Activities and tickets

You finally want to relive the GoldenEye jump of James Bond 007? Maybe you'd like to start your first bungee jump with a shorter jump. In Switzerland, besides the famous dam in Ticino's Verzasca Valley, you can find many more great jumping spots.

We have compiled the most famous and spectacular jumps for you.

When bungee jumping you jump into nothingness. Your brain knows that nothing can happen to you and that the jump is safe. But it still signals an imminent danger to your body and makes sure that a lot of adrenaline is released. This makes the feeling after the jump quite unique

The rubber rope consists of about 1500 individual latex threads. It connects the jumper with the take-off point and brakes the fall. The elasticity causes it to spring back several times until it swings out.

Bungee jumping safety in Switzerland

Bungee jumping is organized by certified providers. In Switzerland, the "Safety in Adventures" foundation defines the safety requirements for outdoor activities. It also regularly monitors compliance with them. The blue "S" is the label that only providers who regularly meet all certification criteria are allowed to carry.

GoldenEye Bungee Jump in the Verzasca Valley

Bungee jumping is a special experience in the Verzasca Valley of Ticino. Since the James Bond movie "GoldenEye", the Gordola dam is famous all over the world and attracts more and more adventurers. The Verzasca Valley is famous for its countless waterfalls and crystal clear water. The stone bridge in Lavertezzo is a popular destination. The Ponte dei Salti (Bridge of Jumps) lets visitors jump the 14 meters directly into the Verzasca River.
