Bellwald is a picturesque mountain village in the canton of Valais, located at about 1600 m above sea level. Bellwald is connected to the valley town of Fürgangen via a cable car, making the village easily accessible without a car. The Matterhorn-Gotthard-Bahn also stops in Fürgangen, providing connections to Fiesch approximately every hour.
