"Fire kitchen" cooking over the fire in public

Together with your guide, you head out into the countryside around Bern. You choose a suitable place in the forest or by the river to make a fire. You then light a fire with simple tools and cook under supervision.

Your guide will have all the ingredients and equipment you need. He or she will also give you valuable cooking tips. Regional products are used.
